Voluntary returns
Eligible returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. In-store returns are not accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us before sending an item back. The store covers necessary return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after receipt of the returned item or proof of return, without an additional refund fee. Voluntary exchanges are not offered; you may place a new order after a refund.
